Namely, most illegals aren't vaccinated, and govt turns them loose when caught without making them take the vax.

Leading to outbreaks of tubercuoulis, small pox, mumps, and covid since they don;t have those either.

it should be up to companies to decide if they want to hire the unvaccinated, but the side issue with that is liability.

I'm not a fan of letting companies hire illegals, because it forces citizens to compete with people who aren't supposed to be here, dropping wages.
