HMMM if he had called him fat, bald, or big nosed would the outrage be heard. But the truth is the Dude has some big lips....maybe it's a racial trope and maybe Gruden was using it that way or maybe he just went for the low hanging fruit to vent his anger.

I seriously doubt that Gruden is a racist and looks down upon other races and feels the white race is superior.
