If a black person has huge lips, and you say in an email that person has huge lips, that is not a racist comment. May be rude. May be insensitive. May be petty. But there is no way, if we are using the actual definition of the word, that comment is racist.

We have become an ignorant and overly emotional people.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
