the pennant race, playoffs, and WS in 2006. We had a feed from Taiwan with Japanese announcers for the NLCS and for the WS, but another feed from FOX with Joe Buck and Tim Carver was added for the WS.
I kept watching the Taiwanese broadcast with Japanese announcers rather than switching to Buck and McCarver. The Japanese were a hoot, especially when the cameraman caught So Taguchi scratching his nuts in the dugout.
Joe Buck is an arrogant, patronizing, smug, spoiled, little rich kid from Country Day. He’s not even a pimple on his old man’s @ss. The best thing that Jack could have done for Joe would have been not selling his house on the Hill so Joe would have learned how to act normal from his Italian neighbor’s kids who would have beaten the crap out of him on a regular basis.
