I will give Drink more time. A coaching carousel is the worst thing to happen, as it causes more harm than good.
Saying this, a coordinator is a different monster and when it is the worst in the nation it needs to be overhauled. There is no rocket scientist needed for this, as you look into the nation's top 10 defense units for the past 3-4 years and hire that coordinator and the people he would want to fill his staff.
If we are sticking with this failed project so be it but at the end of the year if Drink does not do anything his timer should start ticking.. This shows he has no clue on what he is doing..
