a daily multi, and I took Ivermectin and Fluvxamine when I briefly had flu-like symptoms a month or so ago, including cough, aches, sniffles, according to a slightly modified FLCCC protocol. Cleared right up. Didn't get tested, so don't know if it was the 'rona. Although given the PCR tests, have to assume it would have been a positive test.
Ain't taking the clot shot, that's for sure. Despite the pressure mounting. But you know what, MUTGR, LLC always appealed to me. This might be the final nudge (push) in that direction. I'll take the clients with me, at least most of them (hopefully). I'm looking at a rollover into an eQRP. Anyone have experience with that? Living under your means for 25 years has some advantages.
The recommended daily with no symptoms I'm following is roughly this plus the aspirin at a low dose for clotting if you get the 'rona:
Vitamin D3 1,000–3,000 IU/day
Vitamin C 500–1,000mg 2 x daily
Quercetin 250mg/day
Zinc 30–40mg/day (elemental zinc)
Melatonin 6mg before bedtime (causes drowsiness)
All of these were purchased at Walmart except Quercetin, had to go to a vitamin/supplement shop for that.
By the way, it wasn't this Chiro (skull and bones), it was an MD.
