So they have a car stopped for DUI. Not like they could tell a drunk driver to continue down the road to the exit and we'll continue.

So they use their cars for a safety zone, but the Tesla apparently has an issue where it gets confused by flashing police lights and has, on numerous times, crashed into first responders.

Hopefully the driver was actually sober and not just letting the car go on autopilot so he/she could dick around on the phone.

And if it had been a drunk driver plowing into the traffic stop, why is that any more or less desirable to you than a confused Tesla?
