How good of a motivator is Drink

The next two weeks is about the team not quitting.
Odom started many years horribly, but ended years well, outside of his last year (rumors had stuff happening that he could not have overcome). Once Odom lit a fire under his players, they seem to respond. The disappointment is it took fire to get him going.
If Drink has any chance of success, he needs to coach up players and have them motivated. He will not out-talent the SEC at Mizzou.
