I'm in the 19th row and I walk down to talk to John who is the attendant at the bottom. I've never sat down there so I don't know about sitting but standing you can see at row 1. It's a sideline view at that level. You're 12 yr old boy will appreciate the view of the cheerleaders unless you're directly behind the bench.
