Considering R's claim that they are for smaller government...considering that once you put something into a stimulus it stays and becomes part of the budget...It was also to cover for all the mandates by the states, something R's generally would also not support...not to mention all the debt created, meaning new taxes in the future.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
