such as how a year ago or more full freight trains can be loaded down with human beings, travel completely across a sovereign country on a national railroad and not be stopped, refuel, obtain supplies and then drop said humans off at the border of the US.

There is no doubt someone(s) within the government knows exactly who, how where and why they got to where they are. It is a lot like knowing who bankrolled the 9-11 folks as an example.

The folks in power know, and you don't and won't. Just listen to the stories that tell you to "look at the squirrel".
