three facts
1) I never paid to erase bad reviews which I can assure you
many places do
2) one man practices always get worse reviews than multi practioners-its just human nature
3) lower income areas always give worse ratings because
-and this was particularly true in my case because people blame the Veterinarian when it was their lack of funds that was the principle problem- and that is easy to discern in the bad reviews I got
that said my rating was pretty much always around 4.0 on yelp and google
but no matter -you will lie anyway as that is your only argument available to you
