Pubs had control of Congress. Pubs still get scared by how they think the public will react to their actions. They still fear the “media backlash.” We all know, that if there was a Pub in office, Dems and the media would be in full blown hysteria mode and impeachment season would be upon us.

Pubs need to to do what Dems do and play to their base only. Forget trying to appease everyone.
