I think Wilks can coach, he was pretty solid in the NFL. He has class and seems to have a insight into what it takes to be successful.
The issue is that he is still adjusting to the College ranks, lesser talent, installing less complicated schemes that can be executed, and reduced practice time.
I think it's a bit early to give him a final grade....
To me the major issue is that the talent level of the front 7 is subpar. Take out Jeffcoat and literally they their is nobody who I'd want on my roster.
The fact that Chris Turner still even get's on the field says a lot about how poor the talent level is. Does he ever make a tackle or not get reach blocked?
