Our Lord isn't limited by the graces He has endowed us with, however. There is also the "baptism of desire" for those who wish to be baptised but have not had the chance yet, or the baptism by blood for those who show their wish for baptism by becoming martyrs for the faith.

Those who would desire it had the been fully aware of it may also be included under that baptism of desire umbrella.

Those who know, or should know, but who reject it will not be saved.

Of course such judgments are Our Lord's alone.
