I don't think there is a process for removing a president for incompetence unless it is determined that the incompetence is caused by mental incapacity at which point the 25th amendment can be invoked.

Right now, i would not vote to impeach him.

We do not have a recall mechanism nor a vote of no confidence.

He will be president until the deep state chooses to replace him with Chuckles the Veep.
