First you put a twitch on its nose. Then the vet crams a tube down its nose and into its stomach. A funnel is placed on the open end of the tube and a liquid solution of ivermectin is poured into the funnel and into the horse's stomach directly.


I'm sure the human delivery of ivermectin is the same process.
