was talking about rape at that point. He was speaking of the woman having guilt and grief already and that having an abortion would just add to it:

From what I have read, many women, even those adamantly pro-abortion have tremendous guilt after an abortion. That guilt can be suppressed for years, but allegedly often comes out around an anniversary of the abortion or of when the baby should have been born.
Lorena Bobbitt, the wife who cut off her husband's penis & tossed it out of a car window was allegedly suffering PTSD due to a coerced abortion years before:
