or al Qaeda. While they deport foreigners who try to proselytize and banned the construction of new non-Muslim places of worship, they permitted Christians and others to worship in existing buildings.
The destruction of the Buddhist statues on the grounds of idolatry would also happen in a Jeiwsh or Christian theocracy.
