Prior to Xiden* the two worst Presidents were Carter and Obama. Both were widely considered to be intelligent men who presided over failed administrations. Xiden* has never been described as intelligent. Even his sycophants and adherents acknowledge that he is an imbecile. Add in his declining mental condition and his regime becomes a reeling runaway train wreck without an Engineer or Conductor.
