a desperate attempt by a dying party to cling to power
(given the likelihood that it will be declared unconstitutional and R v W will never be contested again)
but that would miss its real point.

Its real point is to divert attention to the many and real ways Trumplicans are going about to destroy and eliminate democracy in this country. Trumplicans cheer and democrats
do nothing while America's enemies gather their strength.
