and they won't. The votes aren't there to impeach, and even if they got a handful of Dem's in the House to go with it and impeach him, the Senate will not remove him from office. No way they get enough votes in the Senate, unless the Dems just want him gone too. So pursuing impeachment without Dem support is a waste of time and effort. And best case scenario is you win and Kamal Toe becomes President, who may be worse than the dundering old fool that is in office now.
But to your point, Joe is so far mentally gone he can't fabricate the intent to commit treason or any other crime, at least not enough to be held responsible in any criminal court.
