defend an officer but this is very clearly not a good shoot.

I'd like you to go look at the statement given by the capitol police in their exoneration of mystery cop.

the statement indicates that Babbit was killed b/c she could have POTENTIALLY caused death or serious injury.

the law requires an IMMINENT (not potential) threat of death or serious injury.

Babbit was not such a threat.

In addition, there were other officers behind her. and There were other lesser means of force available to make an arrest.
