students are the best and brightest and give them all As is every class.
They don’t have to attend those classes of course that would be racist. But they all get As.
A, stands for equity.
All the colored students would be ranked exactly the same. And everyone of them would be ranked above every white student.
The white students would still be subjected to grades and testing and scores and rankings. But just within their own demographic profile.
Colored students would then go to Ivy League schools and get As in every class there as well. Again, there will be no requirement to attend the classes or pay tuition. That would be racist.
Graduating colored seniors from Ivy League schools with then get the best jobs and the highest salaries. They wouldn’t have to do any work, that would be racist.
After successfully working in high profile high paying jobs for several months, colored workers would be appointed to high paying government jobs and cabinet positions. They would not have to attend those jobs or do anything, that would be racist.
Finally many of them will run for political office. Once they get into office, they will have the option to take junkets around the world and attend fancy parties and fund raisers.
In Congress of course they won’t have to do anything. Because…
