in one of his examples he calls the child’s offenses, “minor“. He didn’t define what minor is or give examples. Probably just disrupting class and keeping other students from learning.

Nor did he quantify the number of offenses, plural.

In another example, the boy was suspended for fighting, his mom said they were just wrestling. Mom wouldn’t lie.

We must have lower standards for colored kids. Black students get suspended too much and they are usually innocent and as pure as the wind driven snow.

Looks to me like this author had a point to, “prove” and he was going to prove it regardless of the facts.
