"Mayo Clinic researchers recently published a study that shows the proper use of masks reduces the spread of respiratory droplets."

They then simply stated that reducing droplets reduces covid transmission. What happens to the Covid viruses that get stopped by the masks? Do they simply disappear, do they stay on the masks forever or do they stay on the masks for a short period of time before they are released again.

If masks work one would imagine there would have been studies showing that. The one study that actually looked at it, Dsnish, did not come to that conclusion and was quickly shut down.
