Portland Oregon, where there are so many of those awful crackers.
Notice how the article rejoices in the declining percentage of white people and feels so sorry for the black professionals who only want to be able to take a walk where everyone looks like they do.
That’s so sweet, in a racist segregationist kind of way. But they are colored people so they’re allowed to do that.
They are encouraged and applauded for doing that. It is somehow righteous and a show of strength and fortitude to want to remove yourself from people that don’t look like you.
