It either prevents you from getting/spreading it or it does not. The vaccine does not prevent getting the virus or spreading it.

The 99.7% does apply to me - under 65 with no known comorbids.

mRNA is the least tested of the two. The J&J would still be considered highly experimental at any other time in history and there is no way to know the long term impact as it has not been around for more than a year.

And even if your numbers are accurate, naturally occurring spike proteins do clear the system. The question is whether those enticed to form do the same, and it appears they do not.
