to be forced to eat a breakfast of hash, grits, and biscuits and gravy, then drink keystone light in the parking lot with cigarette smoking Middle-Americans before a tractor pull. They literally are repelled by non-coastal Americans and don't even realize (or care) they have a different set of rules. They think so little of fly-over folk.
