he's caught committing a crime. Except even then, give the case to an already employed public defender. There's not a goddammed thing a lawyer is needed to tell an illegal that the gov't can't say to him anyway.

This is surely the most insane, senseless and blatant display of demlib idiocy yet. And thats a low bar.
