How was that inappropriate? He was being asked to give medical advice to the committee.
The man was a horses áss. He thought the committee and observers should simply bow to his wisdom. He threatened to leave because his did not like the responses from the gallery. They were not being disrespectful, there were very short reactions from them. His Apu claim was not verified from the video.
Cudos to the council for doing the right thing here. We should not be rules by executive Fiat.
