military leadership to look like the soldiers in the field. Why is that specifically, and how does the appearance of military leadership help our military readiness?

Second, he and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs refuse to acknowledge the Taliban is quickly and overwhelmingly taking back Afghanistan. Why do they feel a need to deny the reality of what is occurring there?
