who is in finance here in the US.
His parents come to the US from time to time with the last visit being their 2nd grandchild's Baptism.
Interesting to talk to. His son and daughter in law live on a busy street in Mission and the city was replacing sidewalks. He said those type of projects just no longer get done in South Africa. No one stays in office long enough to make a difference and no one will undertake any infrastructure projects because they know they won't be around long enough to see a project through to completion.
The major cities are crumbling.
