really was. Three states (just so happened all 3 were battleground states) decided the difference. All of them Biden won by very very narrow margins, 43,000 totals votes for a total of 37 electoral votes. The total would have been 269-269. Those 3 states:

Arizona (controversy) 10,400
Georgia (controversy) 11,800
Wisconsin 20,700
