It's actually extremely complex. Asians who are 'successful' tend to have affluent families. If you break it down by country of origin, the second gen children of families from China (mostly affluent) do much better than families from poorer countries.

There's plenty of articles on the subject. Feel free to educate yourself, lest you make bad faith arguments.
