The thing with that 10-15 years is that you had more talent coming into with the NBA adding the age limit, which kept high schoolers out of the draft. You actually had more talent the last 10-15 years than the 10-15 before because they had to go to college. If you think talent was the issue you must have hated the 10-15 years before. We lost guys early then too, Dooling, White, Kleiza. Rush.
