Historical audits of trumpco apparently did not uncover the fraud - this fraud was identified through whistleblowers - Weissel's ex-DIL & Cohen. NY is ahead of the IRS (with the GJ & cooperating witnesses.)
When the dust settles, the IRS will serve Weissel & cohorts with additional tax assessments, civil fraud penalties and interest. He'll owe more to the IRS than the income that he tried to conceal. .
