The 1619 Project interesting. Factual history does not

There is some truth to this however.
Objective history is a very modern Western invention. From ancient histories to the Bible and for many centuries after, objective reporting of events was not done.
A Sumerian king lived 27,000 years. 200 years of fighting in Joshua 10 was compressed to appear to take place in a short time period.
But when you try to turn back the clock like The 1619 Project and go counter to objective history embedded in our culture, it misleads people.
