Why can't the machines be certified using the same tests they used prior to the 2020 elections? Why is that test incapable of determining if the machines can be certified now, but were able to certify them last year?

If they fail the certification for some reason, then they should be replaced. Instead, the Dem Sec State has informed the county she will not certify them even if they were tested
