for 20+ years. I am not sure how much at each level, but there is quite a bit of understanding of this vaccine.

Also, given the short time to develop it and get it massed made, that tells you a lot of infrastructure had already been build. Someone could claim conspiracy around this, so let them.

Clearly mass long term side effects have not been studies on a large large scale, and I am sure there are studies with subsets of those being vaccinated looking at that, just like every other vaccine being done.
