For rural and disadvantages communities. Holy tone deaf. Is that what these communities are thinking about? Car chargers? Farmers drive $60k trucks. Disadvantaged communities are thinking about how to pay their bills, not car chargers. And if you can afford a $40k electric vehicle, you’re not disadvantaged.
