Maybe there is some truth to this for those who were infected in the initial wave in March. But I have yet to see any evidence of this considering memory cells have been found in the body from those infected.
There is too much importance placed upon antibodies levels. Antibodies naturally lessen over time. But that is why memory cells exist. They can rapidly signal the production of antibodies at multiple times the level of previous response to infection.
Both SARS and MERS infection survivors have been found to have immunity for years, not months.
