and objected to the Ferguson riots because they affected my family and many friends?
And set the tone for every other riot response since.
"We have to give them room to protest" is bullsh*t.
Meanwhile my mother's BLACK pastor who has since retires was called an Uncle Tom by a young pastor from a Ferguson church of the same denomination because he chose to minister to the police officers who were getting spat on, having urine bottles thrown at them, and being yelled at with profanity night after night.
But I'm a racist for speaking out against it.
And my mother and her church friends, who didn't even go to church in Ferguson, volunteered at a Ferguson food pantry run by another church not even of their faith because that community needed help. Or at least they did until they became easy targets for "protestors" to block traffic on West Florissant and specifically targeted older white women.
