how it will effect the outcome. There really isn't a partisan primary. Trump has endorsed her Republican opponent.
"Following voter approval of Ballot Measure 2 during the 2020 elections in Alaska, this will be the first U.S. Senate election in Alaska held under the new election process. All candidates will run in a nonpartisan blanket primary, from which the top four candidates will advance to the general election. Voters will then utilize ranked-choice voting during the general election.[5]
On March 16, 2021, the Alaska Republican Party voted to censure Murkowski, and formally announced that they would recruit a primary challenge to her, and prevent her as running as a Republican "to the extent legally permissible" with calls for resignation following her vote to impeach former president Trump.[6][7] However, partisan primaries were abolished by Ballot Measure 2, significantly reducing their chances of a successful primary challenge (in a partisan primary, only members of the party can participate), and the party could not prohibit her from associating as a Republican.
