It continues to separate young black kids from the country they live in. Continues to foster the concept that they are different because of their color, and that their color means they are oppressed and have less chance of succeeding like their white friends.

Poor black schools have nothing to do with slavery or racism. Hell, they are run by blacks and they only get worse.
