Putin won't be pleased by that Article 5 thingy
Asked whether Ukraine will be admitted to NATO, POTUS says “it depends on whether they meet the criteria” and “they still need to clean up corruption.”
“In the meantime we will do all we can to be able to put Ukraine in the position to be able to resist Russian aggression.”
