Every highly regulated business does.

I also don't consider airlines private businesses.

Really there are almost no pure private businesses, everyone needs at least a sales tax license.

But hospitals, as we've seen in Covid, act almost as a unified front - they are hardly competitive - if they were, there would be hospitals refusing to give the vaccine and mandating NO VACCINES in the employee base.

That would never be allowed to happen.

Thus hospitals are under the control of government policy and are definitely not 'private' or 'free market' in any sense of those words.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
