If that's not "working with Russian operatives" - what is. The fact that Muellee didn't think he could prove charges against the trump campaign (MANAFORT DID GO TO PRISON) - or more likely, didn't want to taint the public's confidence in our election system, doesn't change the FACT that the trump campaign worked with (COLLUDED) russia in the 2016 election.
