Whatever happened to just the facts?

This is not an editorial. I present this POS' lead:

"Atty. Gen. Merrick Garland on Friday vowed the Justice Department would fight voting restrictions and controversial audits pushed by Republican state legislatures in response to former President Trump's falsehood-filled campaign challenging the results of the 2020 election."

"Voting restrictions," "controversial audits," former President Trump's "falsehood-filled campaign."

And that is just the lead. Real objective. Back in the day, if you wrote a lead like that for your J school class you would flunk with flying colors.

I've yet to hear how any of these new laws restrict voting. Why is wanting to audit mail in ballots where the voter's ID was not confirmed controversial? It is only controversial because the Dems are fullly aware of what might be found (or is going to be found). If you have nothing to hide, then what's the big deal?

Nice to know that Biden learned from his old boss Obama how to weaponize the DOJ.
