The obesity rate in Europe is so much lower. Given a fairly similar standard of living and "free" healthcare, that surprises me a lot. There is no real financial incentive per se to keep healthy, but they certainly live healthier lifestyles in general. The TV/gaming culture (laziness) is not close to ours, and certainly less work stress.
